Yes, yes, I know. Yet again, I am posting another green smoothie somewhere on the internet. But, they are delicious so I must.
Smoothie serves 2!
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup water (orange juice works well too)
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1/2 cup papaya
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Blend spinach and water until smooth.
Next, add the remaining fruits and blend again.
Top with chia seeds.
