A Berry Good Breakfast

INGREDIENTS

  • handful of spinach
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • splash of almond milk, unsweetened

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Freeze at least one of your fruits. I usually mix them all in a bag and freeze overnight. Add spinach to your blender, then fruits, then almond milk!
