- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 pear
- 1 bananas
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth.
- Next, add the remaining fruits and blend again.

* Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold. You can leave the skin on the pears.
