Yet another green smoothie makes its’ way to my mouth for breakfast. This yummy little cup of goodness brings me so much energy for the day and helps me get a jump start before morning yoga.

2 cups spinach, fresh
2 cups water
1 cup blueberries
1 cup mixed berries
1 bananas
1 kiwi
1/2 avocado

Blend spinach and water until smooth. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again. * Use at least one frozen fruit to make the green smoothie cold.
